Every appointment and interaction with you as well as your very welcoming, polite, and cooperative staff members, has consistently been an enjoyable experience for me. Your office team, in my very humble opinion, is an extension of you and the professionalism, which I have admired and valued about you since I was fortunate enough to become one of your many grateful patients. Consequently, my visits to your practice have been both a pleasure and rewarding on so many levels.

Additionally, Dr. Palmer, as I have frequently mentioned in previous communications, I am very thankful for the quality attention, remarkable care, neurosurgery expertise, and of course, the thoughtful, professional courtesy that I have repeatedly received from you.
